In-person visits will open in July 2026 at our new office: 9400 N McCord Rd, Suite A-1B, Sylvania, OH 43560 (near Flower Hospital / Toledo area). Virtual visits are available now in Ohio, Michigan, and California for maximum convenience. Once the Sylvania office opens, Ohio patients will have the flexibility to choose in-person or virtual visits depending on their preference and medical needs.
