Direct Primary Care
Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a membership-based virtual care model that provides unlimited routine primary care, including virtual visits, secure messaging, non-controlled prescriptions, and care coordination—all with the same dedicated physician.
• Labs, imaging, medications (beyond what's included), emergencies, and specialist services are not included in the membership and are billed separately (or coordinated for you at discounted rates).
• DPC is not insurance—it's a direct, transparent relationship with your doctor, free from insurance red tape and surprise bills.
• Starting January 1, 2026, qualifying DPC memberships like Carebridge are HSA-eligible (up to $150/month for individuals tax-free under current IRS rules), so you can pay your membership fees from your Health Savings Account.
• Virtual DPC Membership: $139 per month Unlimited virtual primary care visits, async secure messaging, preventive guidance, non-controlled prescriptions, and coordination for labs/imaging orders. No per-visit fees. (HSA-eligible under 2026 rules.)
• Medical Weight Management Program: $199 per month Personalized ongoing virtual program for healthy, sustainable weight loss. Includes regular virtual visits, lab monitoring and review, coaching, and treatment planning (e.g., GLP-1 medications like semaglutide/tirzepatide when clinically appropriate). Cost of actual labs and weight loss medications are separate (billed to your pharmacy or insurance where applicable).
• On-Demand Virtual Primary Care Visit: $199 per visit Comprehensive primary care for non-members or deeper needs (e.g., detailed evaluation, chronic condition follow-up, preventive health discussion, or personalized guidance). Includes thorough medical evaluation, diagnosis, treatment plan, non-controlled prescriptions, lab/imaging orders, and follow-up support. Physician-led, longer sessions focused on building trust and understanding.
• Virtual Urgent Care Visit: $99 per visit Quick care for acute, non-emergency issues (e.g., infections, minor injuries, symptom checks). Includes evaluation, diagnosis, treatment plan, non-controlled prescriptions, and orders if needed. Focused, efficient visits.
